BOOKING POLICY AND PAYMENT DETAILS: |

Bookings can be done by fax or email.
Booking status will be informed immediately by return
fax or email. All bookings are confirmed subject to
receipt of 100% payment in advance. On receipt of the
payment, a confirmation mail/fax will be sent. Until
the payment is received in advance, all bookings will
be treated as provisional and the same will be released
to other booking that guarantees payment. Payment can
be made by way of account transfer to an account held
by the company or Demand Draft favoring ‘Meenmutty
Heights’ payable at Wayanad. |

Cancellation Policy: |

Cancellation of confirmed bookings
will be treated as follows:
Refunds will be after deducting
financial charges

30 days before arrival date -
full refund
-
15 days before arrival date -
50% refund
-
Less than 10 days before arrival
- no refunds
The Company may at its discretion
and without liability or cost to itself at any time
cancel or terminate the guest's booking in the event
of illegal or incompatible behavior of the guest, who
shall in such circumstances not be entitled to any
refund. The person making any booking will thereby
warrant that he or she has authority to enter into
a contract with the company on behalf of all people
included in the booking.
The mode of refund (if any) will be as follows:

For payments made by Credit Cards,
we will issue a Credit Note via a Credit Slip

For payments made by any other
mode, we will issue an Account Payee Cheque within
15 days of receipt of written cancellation request

No interest will be payable for
such amounts refunded

EP rate include: Room + Bed Tea / Coffee.

50% hike on tariff between 21st Dec 07 till 30th
Dec 2007,1st Jan till 10th Jan and 100% increase
on 31stDec 2007.

On request pick-up & drop, sight seeing
tours can also be arranged.

15% luxury tax is applicable on the above rates.

20% discounts on Ayurvedic massage.

Free accommodation for two children less than
5 years old (without out extra mattresses)

Free Trekking facilities to Meenmutty water falls.

Compulsory Xmas Supplement : Rs.750+ Tax per person.

Compulsory New Year Supplement: Rs.1500+Tax per
person.

Meal Plan
Meal Component - Lunch & Dinner will be
charged @ Rs 300/- each. The rate quoted for Extra Bed
is on EP Basis. Breakfast will be charged @ Rs.150/-
